When purchasing products at Be the skin, 3 days after receiving the products, customers are accepted to exchange products or exchange for higher value products (pay the difference). However, before proceeding, customers should note the following specific requirements:
- Conditions for exchange.
- How to change products.
- Costs related to exchange.
- Packed and sent products to Be the skin.
- Time to exchange products.
Step 1: Check conditions for exchange
- Products will be returned within 3 days (confirmation of postmark or carrier) from the date of receipt.
- The product is still in the initial condition when receiving the goods, intact stamps, accessories (box, extra bag ...).
- Promotional gifts are valid (if any).
- The product is not dirty, broken, damaged, dirty, scratched, or has a strange smell.
- Unused products, full accessories.
- Product is still in packaging with product code.
- Products delivered wrongly, lack of accessories, lack of goods.
- Products are broken during transportation to customers.
- Product technical errors by the manufacturer.
- Products delivered wrongly, wrong colors that customers ordered.
- Returned goods must have a value greater than or equal to the product to be exchanged. In case of wrong delivery, Be the skin will return the product for free.
- Each product can only be returned once.
Products that can not be returned include:
- Products in the discount and promotion programs that do not apply return policy.
- Products are paper masks (for face, eyes, lips, legs, hands).
Step 2: Form of exchange
1. Contact Be the skin via Hotline 028.2223.7331 to check product conditions and exchange conditions to ensure products meet these conditions.
2. Select the form of exchange: Bring it directly or send it by post
- If customers bring it directly, customers only need to bring the product and voucher upon delivery (red invoice (VAT) to Be the skin office.
- If sent by post office, you should note with the delivery party the status of the goods: intact seal, original packaging, intact products are not broken or damaged, the product is sufficient accessories.
3. If the product meets the exchange conditions, within 7 days, Be the skin will send customers via email or E-Voucher code with value of payment of the exchanged product. Only the E-Voucher form is exchanged. You can only use E-Voucher to purchase online at Be the skin website.
4. E-Voucher expiry date is 90 days from the day customers receive our E-Voucher code via notification email.
Step 3: Costs related to exchange
- The cost of shipping by post office: If customers do not directly bring the product to exchange at Be the skin office, customers will have to pay the full cost of transferring the product to Be the skin.
- If customers send products that do not meet the conditions for returning goods to Be the skin, customers will pay costs for us to return the product.
Step 4: Packing and send products to Be the skin.

- The time Be the skin received the goods no more than 15 days from the successful delivery date. If customers send products after 15 days of delivery, Be the skin will not solve.
